"First of all my apt was set for 3PM today after I just called at 1:00Pm today which I found to be unreal. Then after I hung up, 5 minutes later I received a call saying the tech was done with his last apt and could be over in 5 minutes. Tech was super friendly, had a really nice talk when he was working on the laptop. Explained to me that he could either stay while the system was rebooting (would take like another hour) or he could leave, thus saving me money. Of course he explained to me what I had to do to get reconnected, and if I had a problem he said to call him. Would highly recommend this service to anyone. Plus they do the repair with you so you get to ask questions which was helpful."

"The owner actually answered the phone after 6pm (unheard of in this area...) Lots of points scored there! I was unable to access the software to run my business. I was in a panic. Dennis was sent out quickly and actually arrived early. He addressed all of my issues and I was back up and running within an hour.

On-Site also solved an issue with my wireless printing. The earliest available appointment was too late for my deadlines. I got a call back from Robert Foster, the owner, saying they were able to move me to an earlier appointment. How many companies would bother to take that step? They understood my dilemma and did what they could to accommodate. As a small business owner with a limited budget, On-Site was a breathe of fresh air. Just love the quality and integrity!

If you have computer issues, this is the company to deal with. I have never met Mr. Foster but I don't need to. I know, first hand, what a great company he runs."

"I called Robert Foster, of On-Site Computer Repair, very stressed because I thought I had experienced a security breach on my computer. He was concerned and asked me several questions about my system and came to the conclusion I probably hadn't had a breach. I decided to have my computer checked out anyway, and also needed to update to Windows 8.1. Additionally, I needed to regain control of a dormant email account. With these tasks in mind, Robert suggested ways to keep within my one-hour budget, which I really appreciate.

Leroy Williams, the technician, arrived promptly and was very thorough. He performed a data backup and a malware/virus scan prior to performing the Windows update. He also explained the steps needed to successfully complete the email account deletion.

Although my time wound up going over my one-hour budget by a bit, my computer is now updated and fully backed-up. It has been thoroughly scanned and set up for automatic backups. I now have a great spyware/malware program. I discussed a broad range of computer topics with Leroy and he was conversant on all of them. That's an indication to me that my future needs can also be competently handled.

I appreciate the On-Site team's patience, concern, flexibility and professionalism. I was looking for a "go-to" company for my future IT needs and I'm extremely glad I called them. It's a great feeling to be able to have someone you can truly trust with something as critical to all of us as our computers are."

"Could not have gone better. I am no techie but I am computer savvy enough to tell if someone does or doesn't know what they are doing. The technician, Dennis, definitely has his stuff together. This was the second time he has been to our home for computer issues. Both times he quickly identified our problems, had the tools and software he needed to fix them, and evaluated the computer for other things we might not have known about. On top of being very professional he was also quite personable and willing to explain just what he was doing and why he was doing it. Plus he pointed out that the eyes of the alien on our Alienware laptop blink at you when the hard drive is accessed (it's kind of cool, we had no idea:)

Making an On-Site Computer Repair appointment is easy and they have managed to get to us within 24 hours both times we called. The one time the tech was running late they called to explain and give us a new time. Just being close to on time practically puts you in a class by yourself here in Southwest Florida, On-Site has done considerably better than that.
Probably most important, we feel confident when the technician leaves that the problem was fixed and the work was done right. We feel the cost of the visit, $96 for around an hour, is quite reasonable. Bottom line--we are very happy with On-Site and recommend them (and Dennis) highly."
